On February 11th, our colleague Sebastian Schupp from Universal Hydraulik was at E-world energy & water in Essen, the central meeting place for the European energy industry.
From February 10th to 12th, 2026, international exhibitors presented pioneering technologies for a sustainable energy supply. Topics such as hydropower, nuclear energy, and system efficiency were also key focuses.
With our hybrid heat exchangers and customized hydraulic and filtration systems, we make an active contribution to increasing efficiency in hydropower plants and energy-intensive applications – robust, durable, and reliable.
Our hybrid design, particularly in the area of shell-tube heat exchangers, demonstrates what is technically possible today.

Two intensive days in Neu-Anspach: On January 29th and 30th, our entire sales team, both inside and outside sales, met for our major 2026 sales conference.
The focus was on a clear review of the 2025 fiscal year and a strategic outlook for the coming year. Together, we analyzed, discussed, and, most importantly, planned.
What went well? Where do we want to improve? What opportunities await us in 2026?
The direct exchange between inside and outside sales was particularly valuable. Only when both sides are closely integrated can we operate successfully in the market as a team.
With a clear sales strategy, in-depth technical knowledge, and a strong understanding of our customers, we are starting the new year with great energy.
