Running for team spirit, exercise, and motivation: On September 3, 2025, it was that time again – Universal Hydraulik was at the starting line of the After Work Run in Bad Homburg!

With 21 participants from all areas of our company, we showed that we not only deliver performance in technology – but also on the track.

The After Work Run is a real highlight of the region's summer calendar: Around 2,500 participants from various companies and organizations came together to make a difference after work.

Every step represented team spirit, perseverance, and the joy of shared success.

And that's exactly what our company culture is all about: commitment – ​​in the office, on the shop floor, and on the running track.

Thank you to everyone who took part – we're already looking forward to next year!

Last Saturday was a premiere: the first street festival in Neu-Anspach, and Universal Hydraulik was right in the thick of it!

With the aroma of waffles, hands-on technology, and plenty of curious questions about our production, the day was a resounding success.

Nine dedicated colleagues presented our company with great passion and enthusiasm – from children's tattoos and balloons to exclusive tours of our plant engineering facilities.

Many visitors took the opportunity to get a glimpse behind the scenes of our manufacturing – and were impressed!

We want to thank everyone who stopped by, asked questions, tried things out, marveled, and laughed.

We were especially pleased by the genuine interest from our neighbors – technology truly connects people.

In perfect weather, the Universal Hydraulik family gathered for this year's summer party at the Olymp restaurant in Wehrheim.

A day full of exchange, good conversations, a relaxed atmosphere – and above all: genuine team spirit.

Whether in sales, engineering, production, or administration – what unites us is not only our shared goal, but also the joy we find in what we do.

Thank you to all the colleagues who made this party so special.

Last Friday, we celebrated our annual Christmas party, a special moment to reflect on a challenging yet successful year.

In addition to revisiting our shared milestones, a moving farewell was also a central focus: We bid farewell to a valued colleague after 30 years of dedicated service as he entered his well-deserved retirement.

We are also pleased to have demonstrated our solidarity, especially during the Christmas season, by making donations to local food banks and a hospice in the region.

Another highlight was the launch of our new employee health program, because strong projects require a strong team.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our colleagues, partners, clients, and associates for a successful 2025.
