Last Friday, we celebrated our annual Christmas party, a special moment to reflect on a challenging yet successful year.

In addition to revisiting our shared milestones, a moving farewell was also a central focus: We bid farewell to a valued colleague after 30 years of dedicated service as he entered his well-deserved retirement.

We are also pleased to have demonstrated our solidarity, especially during the Christmas season, by making donations to local food banks and a hospice in the region.

Another highlight was the launch of our new employee health program, because strong projects require a strong team.
