Dear business partners,

these days we are celebrating 40 years of Universal Hydraulik GmbH as a family business. We plan to continue this tradition with the third generation in the house. Since its foundation, the company has continuously developed to about 125 employees in three countries and has been a partner for many customers for decades, which we are very proud of.

As you know, last year we all had to accept significant price increases for materials, energy and transport. As a result, inflation and labor costs increased.

Due to these price developments, which we cannot plan for, we have increased our material surcharge to 7.5% from April 15, 2022.

The situation on the procurement markets for materials, energy, transport, as well as inflation, has eased somewhat, but has not yet settled at the old level. In order to keep your confidence and to take the easing into account, we have decided to reduce our MTZ to 5% for all new orders as of September 1st.

We thank you already now for your understanding for the current measures and assure you that Universal Hydraulik will continue to be a responsible partner of your company in the long run.
