Gear lubrication:

Here is a current example of our individually designed lubrication systems (ambient temperatures: -29°C to +40°C). These lubrication cooling systems are designed for the drive of a bucket wheel exavator ATEX conform (according to II 2D Ex h IIIC 135°C Db), as well as EAC conform. The pump flow rate is 60l/min at 10 bar. With our air cooler (LKI-610) we achieve a cooling capacity of 27 kW. Due to the particularly difficult conditions, high-quality sensors from Emerson are used.

Stainless Steel Cooler

We now reduce our prices for stainless steel coolers significantly!

We have not made any price increase this year and can also offer you heat exchangers with stainless steel tubes from 2021 with a considerable price advantage (price list January 2021).

Here is an example of one of our series oil coolers (hybrid design), which was built accordning to the American pressure vessel regulation (ASME) and this time all parts are made of stainless steel. 

These special heat exchangers can also be designed according to the American TEMA-standard, registered according to the Canadian pressure vessel regulation CRN or manufactured according to the American API (American Petroleum Institute) standard.
